The space can be divided into 3 separate areas, giving you the flexibility to create breakout areas within the Ballroom. The Amstel Ballroom has full daylight and a 6-metre-high ceiling. Outside the Amstel Ballroom is the 300 sqm terrace that can be used for breaks or team building activities. In addition, the ballroom is suitable for car presentations.

De Dam is located on the first floor of the hotel next to the Amstel Ballroom and is perfect for an office or breakout room for up to 50 people. When booking De Dam you get built-in screens, projector and speakers included. De Dam has plenty of natural daylight, air conditioning and a 4-metre high ceiling. The large windows offer a beautiful view of the 'Duivendrechtstevaart' canal with its typical Amsterdam houseboats.
