Organising a meeting? We will be pleased to assist you. We enjoy a creative challenge, combining business meetings with team building activities on the beach. Do you have something else in mind? We are eager to hear about your requirements. If you are planning an event for multiple days, our hotel is a good choice. You park your car in front of the hotel. We organise the programe so that you are able to enjoy multiple activities during several days arround our hotel.

We have 14 conference rooms for any meeting or convention. Our Conference & Event Floor caters for 900 persons. Are you coming with a big or small group? No problem. Our rooms can be interconnected to provide extra capacity. 

TEAMBUILDING

Our hotel offers the perfect combination of business and pleasure. Combine a meeting with team-building activities on the beach, or Fort Island IJmuiden. After a long meeting, you enjoy a barbeque with your colleagues on our roof terrace. Or choose for a complete company party on the coast with a light show. We arrange team building activities on the beach for the active people. Blokarting on the beach, or surf rafting. 

MEETING & EVENTS 1.5

Despite working from home and attending meetings online, personal contact still remains very important. That is why we have taken extensive health and safety measures in line with the National Institute for Health and the Environment (RIVM) guidelines to ensure the health of our guests and employees while still being able to organize meetings in a safe way. FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS FOR DAILY-MEETINGS

The uncertain situation can still prevent you from organizing a meeting. That is why we now offer the possibility to cancel up to 2 weeks in advance free of charge or to move your day-meeting to an alternative date.

  • For day packages (DDR packages) from 5 to 25 persons;
  • Cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks in advance or move to an alternative date;
  • Full payment of the meeting at least 7 days in advance;
  • Valid at all Apollo Hotels & Leonardo Hotels in the Netherlands & Belgium;
  • For new meetings taking place before 31 March 2022;

Our Meeting & Event professionals are at your service and happy to think along with you about the possibilities. It is also possible to organize hybrid meetings where guests can participate on site or online.
