To our great regret, we decided to temporarily close some of our hotels due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) until Monday April 6th, 2020. The remaining hotels will stay open and adhere to extensive health and safety procedures. Therefore, our service will be a bit different then you’re used to during your stay. This week, we will contact all guests who have already have a reservation in one of our hotels that will close temporarily. We will come up with a suitable solution per booking and move your overnight stay to another hotel within our organization or to a later moment.

Do you have a booking in one of our hotels that is open?
The hotels that are open are bound by extensive health and safety procedures, including local laws. With that in mind, we inform our guests of the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak. Our restaurants, bars, health clubs and event centers are closed until at least Monday April 6, 2020. For our hotel guests, food and beverages are served on request through room service at no additional service charge. At property level, all hotels increase the cleaning frequency of places that are often touched (door handles, elevator buttons, reception, telephones) from daily to multiple times a day. Our associates adhere strictly to hygiene and safety measures. We will continue to monitor the situation and will monitor the policy of the National Institute for Health and the Environment (RIVM).

Do you have questions regarding your reservation in a hotel that remains open?
In order to inform you properly about your reservation, it is preferable to contact the hotel and/or the reservation department by telephone directly. In your booking confirmation you will find more information about your cancellation and adjustment conditions. Please discuss this information with the concerned hotel of your booking. This only applies to individual reservations.

Guests who have booked through an agent or online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com) should be referred to this agent or booking platform, and should contact them. The agent or online booking platform will then apply its own terms and conditions.

Do you have questions about your group reservation and/or event in a hotel that remains open?An agreement is always concluded together with our customer when booking for groups and/or events. The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all our agreements. Are you considering canceling or changing the reservation for your group and/or event? Based on the agreed contract will be assessed which agreements are not canceled or changed free of charge.
