Amsterdam, 24 February 2016 - From now on, Apollo Hotels and MeetingReview are intensifying their collaboration. Apollo Hotels has been using the online platform to present the hotels as meeting locations for some time now, but MeetingReview will now also actively gather corporate reviews.
Good platforms have been in place for many years, which generate reviews about hotel stays and restaurants, but there were no suitable platforms for corporate reviews about meeting and events locations until MeetReview came onto the scene. "Nowadays, advertisements and hotel stars are no longer enough, the opinions of others are extremely important when deciding on a location. But good and honest reviews are also very valuable for us. These reviews tell us more about our guests enabling us to personalise our services and improve quality", explains Paul Keuls, partly responsible for the MICE segment at Apollo Hotels.
The main advantage of MeetingReview is its user-friendliness. Visitors to the website can easily compare locations and immediately ask about availability or request additional information online. After the event, an email will be sent automatically asking for a review to be given about the reservation process, the facilities and the catering. The review can be given at any time, on the tablet, computer or mobile phone. "Every opinion counts and MeetingReview has the exact knowledge and technology it needs to obtain reviews and to apply a good weighting. This allows us, as a hotel chain, to adapt to the people making reservations today and to ensure that our locations are presented properly online. We are delighted with this collaboration", says Paul.
