A fresh new look for Apollo Hotel Amsterdam: Renovated rooms and an updated Harbour Club Amsterdam Zuid
Amsterdam, 11 February 2020 – Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio hotel, has brought the 1928 Olympic Games back to Amsterdam by renovating 174 rooms. Now, all 223 rooms and suites have been fully renovated. When unveiling the new interior, Apollo Hotel Amsterdam announced that The Harbour Club Amsterdam Zuid – located in a historic part of Amsterdam Zuid – will also be extended and updated. These efforts are part of a large-scale, multi-year renovation plan.
Leonardo Boutique Hotel comes to The Netherlands
Amsterdam, 12 November 2019 – A few weeks after the official opening of the first Leonardo Royal Hotel in the Netherlands, the Fattal Hotel Group has announced the introduction of the ‘Leonardo Boutique’ brand in Amsterdam too. From April 2020, the Apollo Museumhotel Amsterdam City Centre, after a six-month renovation period, will change its name to Leonardo Boutique Museumhotel Amsterdam City Center. With this addition, Leonardo Hotels will have expanded from one to four hotels in Amsterdam within a year.
Ramada Apollo to continue as Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark
Amsterdam, 9 July 2019 – Three months after the opening of Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam, Fattal Hotel Group announces yet another milestone. As from August 1st Ramada Apollo Amsterdam will change its name to Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark, thus continuing under the European brand name of Fattal Hotel Group. This is the chain’s third Leonardo Hotel in Amsterdam.
New era for Bodon, La Grande Brasserie headed by Chef de Cuisine Rob Kapiteyn
From 18 August 2019, restaurant Bodon, La Grande Brasserie, located in the Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, will tell the story of authentic French cuisine under the watchful eye of Chef de Cuisine Rob Kapiteyn.
Amsterdam's highest ice hockey rink at Floor17
Amsterdam, 12 november 2018. Last summer, there was a rollerskating rink on the roof; this winter, you can compete in an ice hockey match at a great height. As of 1 December, Floor17 will be sharpening the skates for you. So grab your helmet and take up the icy challenge, in teams of two. After the success of the past two years, there will not only be ice hockey but also two curling sheets on the roof of Floor17.
