Within a few minutes, you can walk alongside the canals or you can toast with your colleagues in the vibrant wharf cellars.

With us you have your meeting at a central location in Utrecht. From our boardroom you have a view over Vredenburg and you can make use of the audiovisual equipment. Fancy a coffee in between your meeting? In our 24/7 coffee lounge there is coffee, tea and something tasty waiting for you. Giving a presentation for a larger group? We will prepare the breakfast room for you and the audience. This space cannot be closed to hotel guests.

Despite working from home and attending meetings online, personal contact still remains very important. That is why we have taken extensive health and safety measures in line with the National Institute for Health and the Environment (RIVM) guidelines to ensure the health of our guests and employees while still being able to organize meetings in a safe way. The uncertain situation can still prevent you from organizing a meeting. That is why we now offer the possibility to cancel up to 2 weeks in advance free of charge or to move your day-meeting to an alternative date.*

  • For day packages (DDR packages) from 5 to 25 persons;
  • Cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks in advance or move to an alternative date;
  • Full payment of the meeting at least 7 days in advance;
  • Valid at all Apollo Hotels & Leonardo Hotels in the Netherlands & Belgium;
  • For new meetings taking place before 31 March 2022;
