Do you want a traditional conference room? Or perhaps a trendy room? Wireless internet is available in all of our conference rooms. Our audio-visual equipment is also at your disposal. Are our rooms too small for your event? No problem. Thanks to the flexible and soundproof walls, our rooms can be interconnected. This enables us to adapt our rooms to cater for your group.

Despite working from home and attending meetings online, personal contact still remains very important. That is why we have taken extensive health and safety measures in line with the National Institute for Health and the Environment (RIVM) guidelines to ensure the health of our guests and employees while still being able to organize meetings in a safe way. The uncertain situation can still prevent you from organizing a meeting. That is why we now offer the possibility to cancel up to 2 weeks in advance free of charge or to move your day-meeting to an alternative date.*
- For day packages (DDR packages) from 5 to 25 persons;
- Cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks in advance or move to an alternative date;
- Full payment of the meeting at least 7 days in advance;
- Valid at all Apollo Hotels & Leonardo Hotels in the Netherlands & Belgium;
- For new meetings taking place before 31 March 2022;

You can meet in style at the Apollo wing of our hotel. The trendy rooms have large windows through which daylight streams. Great for meetings, courses and presentations. Time for coffee or tea? You can recharge your batteries in our coffee corner.
You can meet in traditional style in the original post office. You will have a view of the station street or the station's railway tracks from the first floor. We link up the multifunctional rooms for large or, on the contrary, small groups.
